Can I pay with credit/debit card?
Yes. You can choose to pay either by Paypal, credit or debit card. Cash on delivery is available for Singapore's order
Is my payment Privacy Secure?
YES! PayPal, our payment processor encrypts all information sent between your computer and PayPal’s servers.
What if I don't have a Paypal account?
You can still use your credit/debit card to make payment through the Paypal website without a Paypal account. Simply select the “Don”t have a Paypal account?”. You will be directed to the next screen where you can key in your card detail.
Can I pay using other currencies?
Yes. You can pay with multiple currencies using PayPal. Simply choose the country of payment and our payment gateway, PayPal will convert the it to your own currency.
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes. This option is available to Singapore deliveries only. You can choose Phone Order (COD) as a payment method when you checkout.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packed discreetly in padded envelop with no indication of the content inside. Only your name and reference on it.
Do you ship to my country?
We are based in Singapore but we ship our product worldwide except for a few countries that have restriction. Currently if you are making purchase from United States (US), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom(UK) or Hong Kong, you can simply select the destination to ship and make your purchase directly. Please contact us if you you are shipping your purchase to other countries. Most countries except for Germany and Saudi Arabia, have no customs issue with tongkat ali.
What is my shipping charge?
For delivery within Singapore the rates is $7. You may also arrange to collect the goods at selected collection point (no delivery charge in this case). Please contact us to make arrangement for self collection. For overseas customers you may refer to the link below for the shipping charges.
When will I receive my package?
For delivery in Singapore, you should receive your pacakge within 3-5 working days. For international delivery please refer to the link above for delivery time.
Am I able to return my purchase?
Yes! you can return you package within 60 days of purchase. Please communicate with us before sending the package back to us. return package should be in its original condition.
